We understand that plans may change, and this Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling. By making a purchase or booking with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
General admission tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:
If your visit is interrupted by inclement weather after you have begun playing, we may issue a rain check valid for a return visit. Rain checks are issued according to the following guidelines:
Rain checks must be used within 90 days of issuance and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
General admission tickets may be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
For group bookings (8 or more people), the following cancellation policy applies:
Group bookings may be rescheduled without penalty if the request is made at least 3 days before the scheduled event. Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the event are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
If the final number of attendees is fewer than the number specified in the booking, we can accommodate a reduction of up to 20% without penalty. Reductions greater than 20% may not be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.
If the final number of attendees exceeds the number specified in the booking, we will do our best to accommodate the additional guests, but this is subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Birthday party packages and special events require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
For birthday parties and special events, the following cancellation policy applies:
Birthday parties and special events may be rescheduled without penalty if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

For tournament registrations, the following cancellation policy applies:
If we cancel a tournament due to inclement weather, insufficient registration, or other unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another tournament.
Participant substitutions are allowed at no additional cost up to the day of the tournament, provided that the substitute participant meets all eligibility requirements.
Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment.
Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Gift cards and vouchers must be used before their expiration date, if applicable. Expired gift cards or vouchers may not be honored.

McGoal Sports Park reserves the right to cancel any booking or event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or other emergency situations. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or refunds as appropriate.
McGoal Sports Park management reserves the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions made are done at our sole discretion and do not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce this policy in other situations.
